Audit ACA trainee vacancy
Have you recently graduated and are looking to start your career in accountancy? We are looking to recruit aspiring business advisers to join our Audit graduate training programme commencing Spring 2021. Our graduate programme has been specially developed to support you and your career from the beginning. You will learn first-hand from professional accountants, as well as study towards your professional ACA qualification. Successful candidates are offered a 3 year training contract based in our office in Surrey, commencing Spring 2021.
What to expect
Our graduate scheme is tailored to give you all the knowledge you need to excel in your career with us. From day one, you will work as part of a team and be guided through practical client issues, advising and assisting our clients’ internal accounting functions and those charged with governance. You will quickly become proficient in producing a set of statutory financial statements, and gradually learn the skills to audit the numbers. We encourage and facilitate networking, building close relationships with our clients, so that in time you will become the main point of contact for the audit and accounts work.
Alongside theoretical studies, our graduates are exposed to real life situations from a range of industries from television to recruitment to renewable energy. Here you will learn important technical, managerial and client-related skills.
We pay the costs towards your professional exams, which includes college and examination fees, manuals and textbooks. You are also given paid study leave to attend training courses. Whilst you are progressing through your exams, you will gain plenty of professional experience, giving you the most exposure at the start of your career, and you will be mentored throughout. We value our people and want them to enjoy their work, becoming the best they can. This is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary with increases based on exam success.
