Coronavirus Special Update – summary of support

Download our summary of the government's support measures for businesses

Over the course of the majority of 2020, the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, has announced various measures to help combat the financial impact of COVID19 affecting businesses, employees and the self-employed.

The support aims to help business owners to continue to retain and pay their employees. There are also grants and loans available where businesses have been impacted by COVID19, whether their income has been reduced or they have not been able to trade at all, as well as tax deferral schemes.

Following the recent second national lockdown, some of the support packages and measures have been reviewed, changed or in some cases, replaced.

Our Coronavirus Special Update is a useful summary to help you understand the support that is available to you and to provide more information on how to apply.
