Employers' Year End Workshop

"P11D forms and related payroll matters - how to make the year end less painful"

10 March 2010 from 11.30am to 2.30pm (including lunch)

The workshop which will deal with all the necessary processes you are required to perform at your year end with an emphasis on expenses reporting.

The workshop will be run in an interactive format, giving practical advice and will allow for individual questions to be resolved. Roffe Swayne’s tax partner Linda Warner and tax consulting adviser Kerena Allen will lead the workshop and will also be available during the lunch break and after the workshop to assist you with anything not directly covered.

The following subjects will be included in the session:

• Expenses policies and dispensations

• Reviews, interest and penalties

• Travel and subsistence issues

• Cars, fuel, mileage issues

• Other expenses including entertaining

• Home based and mobile employees

If you have any particular areas of concern or interest that you would like to see covered please let us know when you reply. We will do our best to build in all requests to ensure that everyone leaves the workshop with their queries resolved.

Tea and coffee will be served from 11am and we will start the workshop at 11.30am. There will be a break at around 12.45pm for a sandwich lunch. The workshop will then resume at 1.30pm and finish at approximately 2.30pm.
