Biog:

Matthew is a Corporate Finance specialist. His 6 years of Corporate Finance experience with Grant Thornton in London has been supplemented by experience in the local market since 2007. He typically assists clients on disposals and acquisitions, as well as fundraising from VC’s for MBO and MBI transactions. In addition he regularly assists clients in the negotiation of new and existing banking facilities as well as providing specialist valuation advice, be it for HMRC, divorce or other purposes.

Matthew is married with two small children. He is particularly interested in food, wine, golf and travel.
