Roffe Swayne shortlisted for three South East Dealmakers Awards

Roffe Swayne are celebrating being shortlisted for three South East Dealmakers Awards.  The team has been shortlisted for the Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year, Matthew Katz has been shortlisted for Corporate Finance Adviser of the Year and the management buy-out of RDL Corporation that the team advised on during the year has been shortlisted for Deal of the Year. 

The Insider Dealmakers Awards are held annually and recognise the ‘cream of the industry’ in each region of the country.   Those shortlisted are nominated by fellow professionals within the industry. “We are obviously delighted and flattered to have been shortlisted for these awards by those we have been working with over the last year.  I believe it is a direct reflection of the excellent work delivered by our Corporate Finance Team here at Roffe Swayne” commented Mark Leigh, Roffe Swayne’s Head of Corporate Finance. “Despite the challenging economic conditions we completed a number of noteworthy transactions in 2010.  One of the highlights of the year was the VC funded Management Buy-Out of RDL Corporation which was a significant size and demonstrates that regional firms like ourselves can successfully deliver challenging transactions such as this.  We are thrilled that this deal has been shortlisted for Deal of the Year.”
