Promotions at Roffe Swayne

Godalming Chartered Accountants Roffe Swayne are pleased to announce the promotion of two of their team members from 1 April. Matthew Katz to Associate Partner and Karl Enticknap to Client Service Manager.

Matthew has been with Roffe Swayne since December 2007 as Senior Corporate Finance Manager. His 6 years of Corporate Finance experience with Grant Thornton in London has more recently been supplemented by experience in the local market. He typically assists clients on disposals and acquisitions, as well as fundraising from VC’s for MBO and MBI transactions. In addition he regularly assists clients in the negotiation of new and existing banking facilities as well as providing specialist valuation advice, be it for HMRC, divorce or other purposes.

Karl trained with Roffe Swayne having joined the firm in 1989. He has worked in a number of different departments within Roffe Swayne and now specialises in compliance work and support services for small owner managed businesses and small traders. Karl also acts as a trainer and mentor for our graduate trainee accountants.
