The Aspria Group was founded in 2000 and opened its first Health Club in June 2001 in Brussels. Since then, the collection has grown to six clubs, three in Brussels, three in Germany – Hamburg, Berlin and Hanover. They have gained market dominance in Brussels with an aim to growing their teams based on expertise and to be the finest sports, spa and family clubs in Europe. They encourage all employees to use the clubs so that they understand the member experience and can ensure that they constantly deliver the best service.

Main services provided by Roffe Swayne:

• Periodic financial and M&A advice to the Company via the C.E.O.
• Attending their Board meetings and providing advice to a significant shareholder
• Assisting and advising on raising finance and helping to develop a number of banking relationships
• Financial Modelling and Testing
  

Despite being a Dutch business, the offices for Aspria are based in Wimbledon, London. Roffe Swayne, having previously worked with Peter Beckwith (one of the major Aspria shareholders), were asked to act as business and financial advisors. They are in regular contact with the Aspria Team.
