The Yvonne Arnaud Theatre opened its doors in 1965 as a proud memorial to the much loved French actress who had made her home locally. Today the theatre performs shows in Guildford, tours nationally and sees many of its productions transferred to the West End stage. An annual Christmas pantomime, art exhibitions, a film season and the Youth and Education facility help to keep the theatre vibrant and at the heart of Guildford’s cultural community.
