Westwood Rocks was found by Lauren Westwood in 2000 and specialises in limited edition handmade gemstone and freshwater pearl jewellery. There are shops in Guildford, Godalming and Farnham.

Lauren Westwood first contacted Roffe Swayne in 2008 when she needed help to restructure her management reporting to provide the necessary reliable information to make properly informed decisions about her businesses.

 

With the assistance of Andrew Bagley, her Sage 50 accounts structure has been reworked and developed further to fulfil the need for separate reporting by shop and by product. Andrew worked with Lauren’s bookkeeping team and has introduced improvements of data recording and account controls.

 

Carol Davies, Roffe Swayne’s Payroll Manager also reviewed the operation of her existing payroll arrangements and advised on structural and operational changes to improve the efficient running of the payroll and quality of information provided to Lauren.
