Our graduate and school leaver trainees join us to obtain an accounting qualification, whether ACA, ACCA, ATT or AAT.
Whatever route you take, we offer opportunities for secondment into our tax, accounting and corporate finance teams, to ensure you get hands-on experience of the work these qualifications lead to. We believe in empowerment and within a very short space of time you will have the opportunity to see jobs through to completion.
Once you have qualified; a variety of routes open-up. Some people choose to follow the traditional Chartered Accountancy route to become seniors, then Managers, and ultimately Partners. Whilst others may choose a different specialism, for example taxation, management accounting or corporate finance.
Whilst you are progressing through your exams, you will be gaining plenty of professional experience. And once you have qualified, we continue to support you with additional technical and soft skills training courses as you progress your career and continue to develop.
We pay all the costs towards your professional exams, which includes training courses, manuals, textbooks and examination fees for first sitting. During your training, you'll have at least 28 weeks study leave on full pay and 21 days annual leave.
Although the training is tough, Roffe Swayne manage to make it enjoyable by ensuring there is a good work-life balance
