Roffe Swayne raises a cup, and over £1,000, for Macmillan

 

Roffe Swayne, accountants and business advisers based in Godalming, joined many other organisations nationwide and held a Macmillan Coffee Morning at the end of September. They opened their doors to clients and members of the local business community with coffee and a huge array of cakes, home-baked by the team, on offer to those who attended.

‘MacMillan is such a worthy cause that we decided to seize the opportunity to raise some money whilst spending time with our clients and local contacts in an enjoyable and informal atmosphere’ said Linda Warner, Roffe Swayne Tax Partner. ‘There was a great buzz to the event and we’re thrilled to have raised so much money for the charity. The generosity of the attendees was wonderful, matched only by the effort put in by our team to bake the cakes on offer.’
